— A plain-English guide —

What is this?

This is the Re:Agent Workbench — a free working desk for booking and running shows. If you've ever managed a gig out of a group chat, a notes app, and three different spreadsheets, this is the thing that puts it all in one place that's actually yours.

— 01 · The Workbench

One desk for the work of a show.

The Workbench is where you keep a show together from the first offer to load-out. No app-switching, no "which version of the spreadsheet is current" — just the dates, the money, the day-of logistics, and the to-do list, all in one honest place that saves to your account.

Most people booking their own shows are running a professional workflow on consumer software — Gmail, a sheet, a notes file, and a couple of group chats. The work is real. The tools aren't. The Workbench is the tool the workarounds were always trying to be.

01 — Shows

Your dates, all in one view

Hold it, confirm it, mark it played. Every show carries its venue, contact, money, and notes so nothing lives in your head or a buried text thread.

02 — Day sheets

Day-of, sorted

Load-in, soundcheck, doors, set time, and the venue contact — laid out clean and shareable so the whole crew shows up on time.

03 — Offers

Money you can trace

Guarantees, splits, and what was agreed — captured on the show, not lost in an email. You always know what's pending and what landed.

04 — Tasks

Nothing slips

Advance the venue, send the rider, chase the deposit — checklists that follow the date instead of your memory. Cross it off and move on.

— 02 · How to use it

Four moves, start to load-out.

No manual required. If you've booked a show before, the Workbench already works the way you think.

01

Make an account

Name, email, a password. Thirty seconds and you've got a profile that holds your work — sign in from anywhere and it's all still there.

→ /signup
02

Add a show

Drop in a date, the venue, and the contact. Set it as a hold or a confirm. That single show is now the home for everything else about that night.

→ New show
03

Build it out

Log the offer and the guarantee, fill in load-in and set times for the day sheet, and add the tasks you need to chase before doors.

→ Day sheet · Tasks
04

Work the night

Print or share the day sheet, check tasks off as they're done, and mark the show played. Done — and it's all saved to your account.

→ Share · Done
— Free in public alpha

It's free to use.

The Workbench is free to work single shows — accounts, shows, day sheets, tasks, and notes, with nothing behind a card. While Re:Agent is in public alpha, every feature is open, so the best time to get your shows in here is now.

Down the road, managing your own acts on the road steps up to The TM ($15/mo), and booking a full roster with auto-routing becomes The Agent ($30/mo) — but working single shows on the Workbench stays free.

No card · No tiers · No per-seat games
— 04 · Tell us what's broken or missing

Submit a bug or feature request.

We're in alpha, which means you're an early hand on the tools. If something's broken, slow, or just not there yet, send it over — the people building this read every one.

★ Got it. Thanks for making the Workbench better.
